Sticky Situation

How much fun dose this look..... Well lets just say the clean up was some what of a challenge.. Faith wind up getting hers stuck in her hair and Hope slobbered so much that her dress was very stiff as if we put wayyyyy to much starch... lol But they had fun and it kept them very busy for about 1hr..

I talked to the Social Worker yesterday and they are just waiting for the red tape ,,, finger prints to go through and the go ahead for the adoption. Once this is done they will come give us case history on the Girls which we already know obviously but they are required then they will set us a court date for adoption. I wish this would hurry up.... My heart is still scared that something will go wrong and I can't keep them... Please pray for our family. So many wonderful things have happend this year... God really dose listen and answer prayer... Just look at us. We are a walking bill board for the Lord.... Trust and He provides.

The shop is doing OK... not fantastic but we are getting by.. Please pray for the work to continue to come in. And that John has the time to get it all done... Since he is by him self it is really hard for him to answer phones and build and all the other stuff. I help when and where I can but am limited obviously. But if the work would come in steady enough he could afford to hire a builder or a front guy like he had before.

We love you guys and have a great weekend... Im having trouble posting like I use to....LOL Not sure why I don't have time.

Joseph is 2 (Happy Birthday)

Well we had a great day...Joseph woke up to a Gem donut Birthday cake. This is our tradition for the children on there birthday morning.. The only time they get these messy little treats... We had a fun packed day of Touch a truck day at the norman fair grounds and they got to get in all kids of trucks and honk the horn and make lots of noise... Sorry Nanny Norma for the Scare.... LOL she called while we were there and heard all the sirens and was a little concerned so John called here back when we were at the car. He did manage to get out though there was nothing wrong... it was kinda funny.. thanks for all the presents Joseph got from all the family. We love you guys and are off to Texas in the morning..

Just playing around.

Well it's been a normal day around here.... Nikki Bringing me snails and worms after the rain yesterday and the kids liking to be out side... and Poor hope fell today and busted her lip open and she looks awful and faith fell off the porch and her eye is all scratched up .... Summer always brings its bumps and bruise... and we are in full swing. Im not getting much done today but guess what ... It will be there the next day.

My little princesses =)

My girls were playing in there pretty dresses and dancing all over the living room. God has blessed me so much with the opertuinity to raise so many sweet ladies.. Today was another busy day.... Just to wow my self I like to write down what I do in one day just to say... OK this is why im so tired....LOL Here is the list.... are you siting down..

1. wake up and smile at my sweet husband and nurse a baby




2. breakfast (pancakes homemade from scratch) with honey and 6 glasses of milk..1/2 gal.




3. clean up and load the dishwasher ,wash 3 high chairs and 6 faces and sweep




4. nurse a baby again and play with the children




5. laundry 4 loads




6. lunch time..... 6 sandwiches , 3/4 loaf of bread and half jar peanut butter and jelly {which I should just leave off.....




7. wash faces and clean high chairs sweep again and more dishes...




8. put chicken on for supper and naps




9. school with Nikki




10. finish laundry




11. get all the kids ready for going to the shop (6 shoes).....ahhhhhh




12. and then of course its home for supper and play time...




13. wash faces again and bed time.....




14. this obviously dose not include all the diapers and kisses and corrections and phone calls....

Wow hope your not tired yet .. . I just am amazed at the volume of stuff I have to do every day and the FOOD .... man these kids can eat..... thanks for listening to me on my soap box.... have a great week...

ps I get to go on my first road trip with 7 children and a husband Sunday to Dallas TX.... Please pray for me to have patients and Joy.... I dislike being in the car for more then 30min so this will challeng me greatly..... If any one has any Chanda Pierce CD'S please let me borrow them... LOL I will need all the laughs I can stand.

Birthday Party for Joseph the Big 2

My sweet Joseph Henry is almost 2!

We had his party with his cousin Brayden who also is 2 and we took pictures of him and his cake before hand because it never fails that they get shy when all the people are around so we take them before. I want smiles not sad...LOL He is getting so big. He loves fire trucks and police cars and Ambulances he always goes around making there sound. Thank you Lord for blessing us with him.

I am so blessed to have happy kids.... We have had a great week so far just busy... hope you guys like the pictures.

John Michael's Blanket from his Nanny Norma

The day arrived when my sweet mother-in-law sent John's blanket. She makes all the grandkids a special blanket and his came in the mail today. It is so cute.... thank you so much Norma for all your hard work. I love you.
