I have a friend who posted this on her blog and I loved it. It is so very true and something all of us with children should consider. We are not trying to step on any toes but we have many who step on ours all the time. I often feel most people would not ever be concerned with my children's education if we went to public school. They would never ask any educational questions at all. But since we home school they think we need to be drilled to see if we are doing it "the right way". And socialization .... Wow I have 7 kids... They have lots of friends.... Plus we do get together with other families regularly . May God will soften your heart for this message.

IT'S OFFICIAL

THE ADOPTION IS DONE....... OUR LONG AWAITED TIME IS OVER. NO MORE DHS.... OR ALL THE OTHER HEADACHES...

It was pretty normal we just went in the court room and went up the the bench and the judge talked to Emma and tried to talk to Faith and Hope and then he signed the paper work and that was it. So easy yet it took sooooooo long. But praise the Lord for all his faithfulness.

The Night Before Court.

Twas the night before court , and all through the house
MANY noises were stirring all through the house.

Were excited, were joyful , grateful and glad
but most of all we are officially Mom and Dad!

What pleasure it brings for this to finally be over
break out the paddle and please bend over!

My sweet girls I have prayed for many sleepless nights.
But God fought for us and we won a good fight.

Thank you Jesus for knowing our future plans
for now there are nine of us holding hands.

A Birthday Invatation

Its going to be fun. My sweet girls are having a Birthday soon and I wanted to invite everyone to there Birthday party. It will be September 26th which is a Friday evening at 7pm. If you can make it let us know.

Gifts are great but not needed. Your presence is what is important.

We have loads of toys so please consider books or hair stuff, clothing , school stuff ,coloring books,sweaters, ect..

Court Date and Rain and Rain

We go to court on Aug 26th at 11:00.... for ADOPTION.... It will be over ...... Praise the Lord.
We are considering go out for dinner that evening for a celebration if any one is interested let me know.


Wow 2 days of being cooped up with the children..... They are ready for some outside time ;).

John Michael is so close to crawling and I caught a baby rabbit and we played with and then let it go. He was so cute.

The kids also played me a song ..... TURN YOUR SPEAKERS DOWN BEFORE YOU PLAY.....LOL

I DIDN'T NOT HAVE THIS OPTION. LOL It was so sweet for them to bless me.

SUPER SUNDAY FUN

My little farm boy












We have a tradition at our house called Super Sunday. We do something fun as a family and have a sweet treat . We made our own bubbles and wands out of wire hangers and had a great time. The dogs kept trying to eat them it was so funny and then all the kids had to try to climb the ladder to see how high they could go. We are always laughing. The Lord is so faithful to keep our spirits high. Even when it is hard.

A Silly Day at the Shop

WE HAVE FANTASTIC NEWS........ A COURT DATE FOR SEPTEMBER 2ND @ 9AM


So please pray that this would happen. They may have to move it if paper work dosen't get filed soon enough but this is what there shooting for. We are here with John today helping with the phones and just hanging out. We took some silly pictures of the girls they had me laughing so hard I could barely take the pictures. It was a fun day.

Well today was very busy. We went to Scott Seaton's Wedding and John was the Best Man. Scott and John have been friends since they were babies. Ty and Emma were the ring boy and Flower girl. So cute. We will have more pics of Emma later. Hope you have a great Weekend.

He's just so cute....

My sweet John Michael is growing so fast. He will be 6 mo old this month... WOW dose time fly when your having fun. and this month marks the 1yr anniversary since getting the girls back. and I am supposed to call the lawyer on Friday to see whats going on. So I hope to have a court date. God has been so faithful to us through all of this. Well we are still with out a freezer and the shop is pretty slow right now but on the bright side I get to spend more time with John and Go shopping more often...:> "the small freezer space and all" Its kinda been fun.. And we are canning lots of tomatoes and pickles.. yummm A great big Happy Birthday to Papa John and Nanny Norma... We love you guys.. I will post the Happy Birthday video to Papa John... Its so cute and my husbands debut on the Guitar..... HE's Soooo Dreamy playing the guitar... :)

Summer Fun

Well today it was 103 degrees in the shade .... WOW It's hot. The kids are doing well and we are just doing normal day to day stuff. We are getting ready for the busy august ahead of us. School is in full swing and the kids are loving it. Have a great weekend.
