Busy ,,Busy

I hope John dose not get any ideas....lol

Well we were sick all weekend and are still in the process of building the run on the chicken coop. So No pictures for now. We are on the up hill stretch I think and now that the weather is warmer I am swamped with things to do.. I thinned out the radishes today and the cabbage and broccoli look great. But I can't find my Spinach at all...lol It didn't even come up.. The seeds were old and well just didn't come up but there is still time to plant some more... The onions are doing well also. I am doing ok I am definitely feeling baby growing ... meaning the ligament pains ... It is so neat to know at the end of the month we will know if it is a girl or boy... OF course I already have names for them so we will do a poll for that next.. Thanks for playing along. and for the prayers.. God is so good to us.. The shop is slowing down but we are steady and eating just fine. God is mighty good to us and we know that He always provides... Thanks for checkn' in on us. Yall come back now ya here!

Spring has arrived... I hope. :)

This play ground was huge.... I was kind of scared to let them play on it but they assured me it was not to high...lol

Well this weekend John went to the Ranch with a friend from church and he took the boys with him and they had fun... They came back sick but I guess that means they spent allot of time outside in the weather.. Oh well im sure it was worth the memories with Daddy. They set hog traps and set up turkey feeders all in preparation for the big hunt in April. We are hoping to all go down. As for me the girls and I went to Santa Fe Cattle Co. and had a blast the girls had so much fun throwing peanuts on the floor.... I did tell them they had to eat them first.... and then they were like ohhh.... so just throw the shells.....lol They are all blond...lol so me and 4 lil girls and one lil boy (john) out to eat and then thrift store shopping... in the Rain.... but we had fun. John came back on Sunday and then life was back to normal. The garden is looking great and hopefully by the end of April im picking lettuce and spinach. I got to take the kids to the park yesterday and got some fun pictures. and Also here are pictures of the Chicken coop. The run will be added latterThis is the man behind the plans... God has blessed us with Mr. Kenny more then once with his talents. Thanks Kenny for all you do for my family.

The kids are nesting..lol

This is the side window

This is the front door. and there will be runs off to each side. there are little trap doors at the bottom with ramps that the chickens will go out into. We are so excited. John did a great job as always.

I am feeling fine with the pregnancy and the baby is growing as you can see. APRIL 27TH WE WILL FIND OUT WHAT THE LIL BLESSING IS.... I can hardly wait.... Im so excited... so we are going to do a poll..... boy or girl....

Have fun.

Commings and Goings of farm life.

Well the chickens are getting bigger.. and the puppies are to and so is there mess....lol Im glad we only have a couple of weeks to go. We have just been schooling and working around the house. Jon Burk was nice enough to put my window in upstairs and it is so nice. He still has the trim work to do and I will have pictures up when it is done. I have been feeling better as far as the pregnancy goes and no more sickness. But I have been coughing for about a week and I will be glad when im over this. None of the kiddo's are sick and all of them are growing like flowers every day. The boys are going to the Erwin's ranch this weekend to set up turkey feeders and hog traps... Definitely a guy trip. The girls and I will be treasure hunting at thrift shops and I told them we could eat at a fancy restaurant. Maybe Denny's...lol Kids eat free. I decided to do bio's on the kids again it was a big hit last year so I will do it again. The first one is on Ty... He is the Second Man of the house and not afraid to tell you about it. He thinks he is stronger then me and Knows he is a man and will not let any one call him a boy... Just adorable. His daddy has made a man out of him and still working on him. He gets to go to work with His dad when he gets the chance and likes hanging out with him. But most of all Ty likes FOOD... His day is planned around it and that is always on his brain.... His nick name is Jethro. lol Here is a funny picture..

Elmer Fud is what it reminds me of..

fencen, chickens, puppies, Friends, kiddos , garding, .....

John got into the school closet and made a huge mess.... He was very happy with him self as you can see.... So I laughed and took a picture.. If you can't beat them... join them in the fun..."spank later"

Man... We had a busy and fun weekend... The puppies are getting enormous... and the rabbits ate some of our plants so I replanted on Monday and John put up a fence so the critters will not get to them. Friday Night we had so much fun our friends the Lathams and Caldarauns came over and we had over 19 children here and 6 adults... a BLAST..... but I will have to say I woke up Saturday morning with hives....lol I only do that with stress...lol I really didn't feel stressed but... I guess I was holding it in... Saturday I went to bed at 7:30pm and didn't wake up until 6am for Church stuff and took another nap on the way home from Church... lol Well We also got our Chickens and they are cute... I am ready for eggs . But it will be the fall before they lay. Monday evening John was moving some tin and killed 3 copper heads snakes and found this cute ring tailed snake and brought it home for us to play with..."cringe" ! The kids loved it of course. Hope you enjoy the pictures and I go to the Doctor tomorrow for my first appointment im 11 weeks on Wednesday so I should get to hear a heart beat. Have a great week.

We had a great week. Busy as always but a good one. Angle our Lab had her puppies... So cute she had 10 but we lost 5. She was having them all over the yard and we were not home to help.. The rest are doing fine they are Lab /Great Pyrenees mix and are going to be huge... If you want one just let me know. Yesterday we got the garden planted with our spring veggies and now pray for rain and for the Rabbits to stay away. The dogs should help with that. We will go to the auction Saturday for Chickens... Yippeee... We are so excited. Saturday we went to the green house to get all the supplies needed for planting and the kids had a great time feeding the Koi Fish. They were so big and would come out on the rocks and let you touch them. lol

Just us Girls... lol

We are officially "Bountiful Blessings Farm and Vegetable Garden." Ya I made that up but it is fun to have a name for our homestead. Our whole life is built around God's blessings bestowed upon us... our Faith, Our children, Our home, Our Van, Our Shop, Our garden and animals.... Bountiful blessings... it is quit fitting. We are very grateful to God for all he has given us. Speeking of blessings.... I got a new couch and the boys... Daddy included got a new train set from Papa John and Nanny Norma... It is so cool... The whistle is still ringing..... in my ears..lol But we had fun with it...

and Turkey season is just around the corner and the boys and girls are gearing up for it... lol So thats why the funny pictures...lol we hope Daddy gets a couple of gobblers this season.

Have a great week.
